WHAT TO EXPECT
When undergoing any training with fitforit every client will receive a full comprehensive consultation covering all aspects of the clients’ lifestyle from nutritional habits to postural assessment taking into account exercise history.
Postural assessment - With the stresses we put our bodies through on a daily basis it’s not surprising that many of us suffer from postural issues such as chronic back pain, stiff muscles and constant injuries. Through corrective assessments we can design a programme tailor made to address any imbalances in the body and ensure you are exercising safely and injury free.
Fitness assessment -To ensure you are reaching your goals we will regularly assess all your essentials body stats including weight, body fat, body measurements, blood pressure, lung capacity, strength, Vo2 max and flexibility.
Nutritional analysis - Probably the single most important part of any training programme is nutrition. A healthy diet requires preparation and dedication. And this exactly what our Fitforit trainer's do; not only will we prescribe the correct eating plan to maximise your results but we will also educate you on the do's and don’ts to ensure you stay on track.
Programme prescription - As well as one to one training our Fitforit team will provide you with a specific fitness programme that you can follow when training alone. This will be designed to get you maximum results whilst utilising what equipment you have available.
Personal training - Each session with a trainer will be individual, fun and dynamic focussing on the feel good factor. You will finish each session with a sense of achievement, safe in the knowledge that you are on the road to meeting your individual goals. Kettle bells, TRX suspension training, martial arts, plyometrics, circuits, free weights, athletics, core work are just some of the types of training you can expect from your trainer.
